He also serves as an Independent Director of Flutron Movies & Entertainment Private Limited, Shri Vardhman Exports Private Limited and Godgift Entertainment Private Limited. Further, he is a Designated Partner in Biyani Capital Resources LLP

A chartered accountant with over 8 years of experience in Statutory & Tax Audits, Value added tax, book-keeping and income tax as well. Further, Ms. Dimple Somani serves as an Independent Director in Future Market Networks Limited since 11th August 2023
